One on one training.  Lessons are $90/hr in Trumbull High School

2+ Athletes training together.  This offers a great opportunity to compete against each other.  Lessons are $45/athlete in Trumbull & price will vary if I travel to your school.

With the permission of your Head Football Coach, I am available for in-season lessons.  These lessons will take place during your high school practice.  Price varies on location. 

Mail me a game film or work out video for analysis.  I will review the video, and follow up with a phone call breaking down the film.  $40/video
